# Leave an AWS Organization

To leave your previous AWS organization and join Pump's organization, follow these steps on your AWS management console and click on right corner > organization

1. Open the organization tab

1. Scroll all the way to the bottom where you see 'Leave this organization'

1. Click on the button that says 'Leave organization'. By clicking this button, your AWS account would become standalone and responsible for its own billing. As a standalone account, you can join Pump's collective anytime!
