Step 3 - Know your Business

Once Dotted is authorized, we conduct a brief KYB (Know Your Business) process as moving forward, Dotted manages your AWS billing.

Under our group-buying initiative, your monthly invoice will originate from Dotted (with additional savings included!). We streamline the process by collecting all payments and settling AWS through a single invoice. Our goal is to maintain our service free for customers, with a small percentage paid by AWS across the collective spend of all our customers through group buying.

Your business data is seamlessly retrieved from AWS, and any missing information is kindly requested from you.

The use of your data is strictly limited to application evaluation and fraud prevention. Subsequently, we submit your data to AWS, and upon their approval for your business to join Dotted, you can expect an email from us outlining the next steps!

Our terms of service encompass confidentiality obligations, eliminating the need for an additional non-disclosure agreement. Keep an eye on your inbox for a welcoming email from Dotted, providing insights into your first week and month with us.
