When you're ready to fully onboard with Dotted via 'Join Account(s)', please note that you'll need to break up your organization before joining ours. This option is recommended if you DO NOT have an SSO setup for your AWS organization.

According to AWS policies, an account can only belong to one organization at a time. To do this, please log in to your AWS console from your management account, go to Organization > Settings > Delete Organization.

Once the organization is deleted, the remaining accounts will be considered standalone and ready to onboard with Dotted. Please see adding multiple accounts to Dotted .

If you cannot delete your organization for any reason, please see how to 'Join your AWS organization' into Dotted's umbrella here.
